Deaf Day at the Ministry

His Excellency, Vong Soth, Minister of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation presents DDP staff members with a donation on Deaf Day at the Ministry.  DDP brought approximately one hundred members of the deaf community to the event in Phnom Penh.

Living in Community

Our students who are studying deaf sign language live together in the same house.  They learn how to get along with each other in a community setting and share household duties, such as cooking meals.
