International Week of the Deaf-Monday

Monday, September 1, was the first day of International Week of the Deaf here in Cambodia.  The main event from the day was an Opening Ceremony attended by Deaf Community Members, friends of DDP, and government officials including H.E. Sem Sokha, Secretary of State of Social Affairs, Veterans, and Youth Rehabilitation.   In the afternoon, there was a workshop on the World Federation of the Deaf.
