International Week of the Deaf – Thursday
What does human rights mean to you? This was the theme of our drawing competition on Thursday of the International Week of the Deaf in Cambodia. The students in our Phnom Penh based Basic Education Project and some local deaf community members each created a masterpiece expressing their perspectives. Mr. Lek Sinrithy, DDP Program Manager, was our esteemed judge selecting the top three prize winners. You can see some of the artistic process and final products below.
