Khmer New Year Event at DDP
We celebrated the Khmer New Year with an event at the DDP offices in Phnom Penh. A popular game for the Khmer New Year is Veay Ka Orm. This involves suspending clay pots filled with baby powder, candy and a small prize. Participants are blind folded and given three chances to hit one of the pots with a stick. The winner gets the prize!
