Road Work 2
Last week it seemed the landlord of the DDP office building was paving the muddy area beside the building. It turned out he had just got construction workers on a site nearby to empty their concrete truck on the site. Over night we went from deep ruts in mud to deep ruts in newly hardened concrete.
Today other workers appeared. They had a truckload of construction rubble and spread it over the whole muddy area including over last week’s concrete. The big pieces of concrete and brick they broke up with sledge hammers and then they used a roller to level the area.

No one bothered to move the Lexus parked there. They just paved around it.
