Job Training Students Enroll at Salon

Job Training Graduate Chheng Rattanak

The Deaf Development Programme placed Chheng Rattanak in a job training course to prepare him for work as a barber.  He is now successfully employed as a barber in Kandal Province.  The Job Training Project hopes to see all of its students find work and attain self-reliance.
